Check-Out Hunger
An annual holiday campaign that runs in local grocery stores during the months of
November, December and January. Customers are encouraged to donate at the
check-out stands while shopping.

During the holiday season customers can look for
the bright green tags at their grocery stores. Pull a
tag from the display stand and scan it each time
you shop. Customers can help feed
Hawaii’s hungry with their donation of:
  
Participating stores include: Times Supermarkets
and Safeway Stores statewide, Don Quijote, Tamura’s
Market Wahiawa, Tamura’s Fine Wine & Liquors Kaimuki, Tamura's Fine Wine & Liquors Aikahi,
Tamura Superette, Kokua Market Natural Foods
Co-op and KTA Super Stores on the Big Island.
