The Hata Foundation's Semi Annual Bake For Hunger

We will be selling home baked
goodies such as cookies, brownies, cupcakes, pies and even candied
apples.

The Tread for Bread Program is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle and to
reinforce the concept of renewable energy through personal responsibility and
sharing. GreenFleet Hawaii encourages Hawaii residents not to “waste their extra
calories” but to donate them to the Hawaii Foodbank.
Simply track the distance you accumulate on a daily basis from walking, running
or hiking, input the date into your GreenFleet pedometer app and calculate the
amount of calories you burn. We'll "store" your donated calories and at the end
of each quarter we will weigh all donated calories from all Tread for Breaders
and make a donation to the Hawaii Foodbank.

You can drop-off your canned good donations at any of Ruby Tuesday's 4
locations, Napa Auto Parts' 18 locations or Hard Rock Cafe in Waikiki!
Each location has a basket for your canned good donations
for the Hawaii Foodbank. |
You can also stop by any of KFC Hawaii's 19 locations to make a monetary donation. Each restaurant has a collection canister for you to
donate to the Hawaii Foodbank. |
