SNAP Assistance
Senior Food Box Program
The Senior Food Box Program, also known as the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), provides monthly food boxes with groceries full of key nutrients, such as Vitamins A and C, calcium and iron. Boxes contain foods such as fruits and vegetables, canned meat, rice, cheese, cereal, juice, peanut butter, non-fat dry milk, and more. This program is provided in partnership with the State of Hawaiʻi and the Office of Community Services.
Older adults aged 60 or older must meet income guidelines and apply to receive monthly food boxes

Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program
Hawai‘i Foodbank supports kūpuna through the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program by providing coupons to purchase locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey, and herbs from participating farmers from April through October. This program is provided in partnership with the State of Hawai‘i and the Office of Community Services.
To receive coupons, applicants must be age 60 or older, meet income guidelines, and submit an application for the program.
