ʻOhana Produce Plus

For more than 25 years, Hawaiʻi Foodbank and participating agency partners have distributed millions of pounds of fresh produce, assorted dry goods and nonperishable food items to through the ʻOhana Produce Plus program. ʻOhana Produce Plus is a great opportunity to receive fresh fruits and vegetables — oftentimes from locally sourced farms and partners.

There are no income requirements, and anyone and everyone can receive food at an ʻOhana Produce Plus distribution.

Dates and times may vary. Food is available while supplies last.

SNAP Assistance

Need help affording food? You’re not alone. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) gives you free money every month to help pay your groceries. With SNAP, you can shop at most grocery stores and many farmers markets with an EBT card, free up cash for other essentials, and keep benefits flowing with recertifications.

Hawaiʻi Foodbank’s SNAP outreach team is here to walk you through every step of the eligibility, application and recertification process.

Neighbor Connector

Many of our food pantry and ʻOhana Produce Plus distributions use an electronic intake system called Neighbor Connector that tracks basic information about visitors to the program. This free, paperless check-in system allows us to better understand the needs of our community, enhance our services, and advocate for more support and funding — ultimately helping us provide the families and neighbors we serve with improved resources.

We will always treat your information with dignity and respect. All reporting is kept anonymous and details are kept private.
