Agency Partner Services Coordinator

Department: Operations – Agency Relations
Reports to: Director of Agency Relations
Position Summary: The Agency Partner Services Coordinator position works in conjunction with the Agency Relations Department and to provide support to warehousing operations with specific administrative responsibilities to include creating invoices, inputting data, maintaining Agency Partner records, producing reports, daily inventory balancing and general office duties. The position will also assist Feeding America programs, community organizational events and food distributions in the community.

The position requires a team-oriented spirit as well as a “no task too small” attitude that is necessary in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible and adaptable to a fluid and dynamic environment, and bring a positive, can-do, attitude to daily work challenges. The position prioritizes customer service and collaboration, and can balance competing work demands with composure and accountability.
